The Founder, Alok Rampal, comes with a background of over 22 years of corporate life having worked in major MNCs like ICICI Group, Kotak Group, Principal Financial Group, Holiday Inn to name a few. The foundation of a customer centric attitude were laid during these years of working in many regions across the country.

The Co-Founder, Lakshmi Rampal, too comes with a Teaching experience of over 7 years in schools as well as Immigration Institutes. She also has a privilege of being among a select team of instructors in PDPU and NIFT, reputed universities in Gujarat.

The passion to help aspirants get the best in their pursuits to gain global recognition had always been in the back of the minds of this founder/co-founder team. It finally took shape when Alok resigned from his corporate pursuits and took to being an Entrepreneur.

Alok is also a Business Coach with ActionCoach India and an Investor and Principal Partner with India Accelerator - a leading Accelerator in the Startup space.
