Mark-David Munk

Dr. Mark-David Munk is a Strategic Advisor at Hyka. Mark-David was previously the Senior Vice President, Enterprise Associate CMO, and Chief Medical Officer for Clinics at CVS Health. Prior to that, they were the Chief Medical Officer at Iora Health. Dr. Munk has also served as the Chief Medical Officer at Reliant Medical Group and as the Executive Medical Director for Quality and Patient Safety at UNM Hospitals. Mark-David began their career as the Medical Director of International and Commercial Services at UPMC.

Mark-David Munk has a Master of Science in Healthcare Management from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, a Chief Resident and Resident in Emergency Medicine from University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, a Diploma in Tropical Medicine and Hygiene: Gorgas Program from Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia, a Doctor of Medicine from Thomas Jefferson University, and a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology and International Health from Boston University. Mark-David also has a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University. Mark-David is certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine as a Diplomate and by the American College of Emergency Physicians as a Fellow- American College of Emergency Physicians (FACEP). Mark-David is also certified by the American College of Healthcare Executives as a Fellow- American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).
