Rob Schaffer, P.E. is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in project and area management. Rob began a career as a Field Engineer at Kiewit from May 2006 to July 2008 and later transitioned to Mowat Construction as an Engineer from August 2008 to October 2010. Following that, Rob served as Area Manager at Western Utility from October 2010 to June 2016 and progressed to Project Engineer at Urbana & Champaign Sanitary District from June 2016 to May 2018. Rob's recent roles include Executive Vice President and General Manager for Central at HYLAN from September 2023 to April 2022, and President of Western Utility. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, earned between 2003 and 2006.
