Kathy Beard is an international healthcare sales engineering leader with over 20 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as the Director of Global Sales Engineering and Partner Enablement at Hyland, Kathy directs partner enablement efforts and drives revenue goals through sales engineering expertise. Previously, Kathy held leadership positions at Coventry Health Care, FMH Coresource, and Accenture, where Kathy managed numerous projects and teams while ensuring high standards of operational efficiency. Kathy earned a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
