Rob Elder

Rob Elder is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project leadership, entrepreneurship, and customer success. Currently serving as Project Lead in CS Strategy and Operations at Hyland since 2020, Rob previously founded 921 Ventures, Inc. from 2018 to 2020. Rob's earlier roles include Customer Success Manager at Sageworks, Strategy Consultant at Southern Growth Studio, where Rob specialized in turnaround projects for eCommerce clients, and sales operations at Memphis Contract Furniture. Additional experience includes positions as Project Manager for Mobile Strategy at Frank N. Magid Associates and Supervisor for Video On Demand at In Demand Networks. Rob holds an MBA in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BA in History from The University of Georgia.
