Shane Maciak is an experienced User Experience professional with a strong background in design and management. Currently serving as a User Experience Manager at Hyland since March 2015, Shane previously held the role of Lead User Experience Designer at the same company. Prior to joining Hyland, Shane worked at Citrix Systems from 2011 to March 2015 as a Product Designer and User Experience Designer. Earlier experience includes positions as a User Experience Designer at SDL International from 2009 to March 2011, and as a User Interface Designer at Solarweb from 2007 to 2009. Shane's career began with a User Experience Designer role at Amey in 2007. Shane holds a Higher National Diploma in Industrial and Product Design from Bournemouth University and a National Diploma in Design and Applied Arts from Thame College.
