Cliff Hetzel

Cliff Hetzel, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several years. Cliff began their career as the Director of Business Services at Worthington City Schools in 1999, where they oversaw 525 classified employees and managed support services for a $100 million operating budget. During this time, they also served as the board representative for union negotiations, utilizing various methodologies such as traditional, interest-based, and win-win approaches.

In 2005, Cliff joined OPOC as the Operations Director, where they acted as the preferred pension administrator for Nationwide Financial Services. Cliff also coordinated group benefits during their tenure at OPOC.

From 2008 to 2010, Cliff worked at Group Benefits Agency as an Account Executive, bringing their expertise in employee benefits to the table.

In 2011, they joined Hylant Group as a Client Executive for Employee Benefits. In this role, they delivered customized benefits solutions that considered large group funding arrangements, due diligence, regulatory compliance, written service commitments, market competitiveness, and product innovation. Hylant Group is recognized as the largest Ohio-based broker and the 25th largest in the U.S.

Currently, Cliff is employed as the Business Manager at Reynoldsburg City Schools, starting in November 2012.

Cliff Hetzel, MBA, has a strong educational background in business.
