You can't build an ecosystem you can't see.
Most cities talk about innovation. Few actually measure it. HyLo Inno is Tampa Bay's hyperlocal innovation investment platform, built to track the ecosystem first, then build into what the data reveals.
We work across five pillars: events, accelerators, incubators, content, and data. Not five separate initiatives. One system, feeding itself.
Our focus sits where Tampa Bay's strengths actually are: healthcare, manufacturing, and entrepreneurship. That's where the region's advantage already exists. We're just the ones tracking it and building into it.
If you're building here, investing here, or just paying attention to where the next wave is forming, this is your board.
