Anne

Anne has been working in customer service for over 10 years. Anne started their career as an L1 Engineer at CSS Corp, before moving to Serendipity Digital Media as a Business and Marketing Associate. In their current role as Head of Customer Service at hylo, Anne is responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that hylo's customers are satisfied.

They work with Charles - Head of Market, Nancy - Graphics/Data Entry, and Peter - Head of Delivery. Their manager is Rachana Reddy, Head of Administrative Department. A direct report to Anne is and Faith - Associate of CS.
