Nancy

Nancy is a graphics/data entry worker at hylo, a position they have held since May of 2020. Prior to their current position, Nancy worked as a key account manager at Jumia Kenya from January 2016 to May 2020. In this role, Nancy was responsible for acting as a trusted advisor to key accounts, collaborating with key brands and their partners to develop clear business objectives, and managing projects across cross-functional teams. Nancy also interned at the National Drought Management Authority from September 2014 to December 2015, where they gained experience in supply chain management.

Nancy first attended Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology where they obtained a bachelor's degree in purchasing and supplies management. Nancy then went on to study at Zetech University College and obtained an associate's degree in computer programming. Nancy has also received certification from the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM) as a certified procurement and supply chain professional (CPSP-K). Finally, they have also received certification from EF Education First in EFSET 61 Advanced (CEFR C1).

Nancy reports to Rachana Reddy, Head of Administrative Department. They are on a team with Peter - Head of Delivery, Anne - Head of Customer Service, and Charles - Head of Market.
