Georgios Stefopoulos has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to 2020. In 2011, they worked as a Group Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer at Level Sports Hall, Yava Fitness Center, and Escape Gym. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Process Engineer Intern at Epsilon Constructions and a Maintenance Engineer Intern at Hellas Gold S.A. In 2013, they began working as an Undergraduate Researcher at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH), where they developed a novel mixing device, built and automated an experimental setup from scratch, and produced results presented in two international mechanical engineering conferences. Georgios also taught weekly laboratory sessions on turbomachines for undergraduate students. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Doctoral Researcher and Postdoctoral Researcher at ETH Zurich and a Guest Researcher at Deutsches Herzzentrum Berlin (DHZB). From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Product Development Engineer at HYLOMORPH and as a Management - Master Coach and Indoor Cycling Coach at Velocity AG. In 2018, they began working as an R&D Project Manager and MedTech Engineer at SwissVortex. Finally, in 2020, they began working as a Project Manager at HYLOMORPH.

Georgios Stefopoulos received their Doctor of Sciences (Ph.D.) in Mechanical Engineering from ETH Zürich in 2017. Prior to this, they earned a Dipl.-Ing. Mechanical Engineer degree from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) in 2014, where they studied Aeronautics & Engines. Georgios also attended 1st High School of Kalamaria from 2002 to 2008, where they studied Mathematics, Physics, Biology, and Chemistry.
