Simone Bottan

Simone Bottan is the CEO of Hylomorph. Simone was previously a project leader at Wyss Zurich, where they worked on transitioning Technology Readiness Level (TRL) from 3 to 9 (EU - definition). Simone also was a pioneer fellow at ETH Innovation and Entrepreneurship Lab (ieLab), where they worked on product and business development based on novel biomaterials for use in the Life Science and MedTech Industry. Simone has also interned at EPFL, where they worked on the development of computational mass transport models for the understanding of tumor cell migration.

Simone Bottan has a Doctor of Science in Mechanical and Process Engineering from ETH Zürich, a Master and Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, and a certification in Industrial Engineering from Politecnico of Milan.
