Flynn Rushton-Smith

Flynn Rushton-Smith is currently a Graduate Trainee at Hynamics since January 2024. Prior to this role, Flynn worked as a Data Analyst at Brindisa from May 2023 to January 2024, where contributions included updating client data and developing an emissions-based calculation model aligned with the company’s ESG commitments. Flynn's earlier experience at Brindisa Ltd as a Systems & Inventory Assistant from July 2021 to September 2022 involved the successful implementation of a new warehouse stocking system and the communication of technical improvements to management. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Sustainable Resources with a focus on Economics, Policy, and Transitions from UCL (September 2022 - September 2023), a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the University of Liverpool (2017 - 2021), and a year at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University studying History and Economics (2019 - 2020). Educational background also includes attendance at Emanuel School from 2007 to 2017.
