Serena Li

Serena Li has a wealth of experience in the field of software engineering and architecture. Serena began their career in 2009 as an Architecture Intern at KDW Salas O'Brien. In 2012, they were a Summer Intern in the Development Department at the New York City Housing Authority and a Co-curator of Visual Resources at the Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation. In 2015, they were an Instructor at Columbia University in the City of New York and a Part-time Design and Planning Staff at WXY Studio. In 2017, they were an Urban Computational Designer at KPF. From 2019 to 2020, they were a Software Engineer at WeWork and Hypar.

Serena Li obtained their BA in Architecture from the University of Washington in 2008. Serena then went on to pursue a M.S. in Urban Planning and a M. Architecture from Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation, which they completed in 2015. In 2009, they obtained their LEED AP certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. Finally, in August 2021, they obtained their Architect certification from the New York State Education Department.
