Tomasz Cyran has a long history of work experience. Tomasz began their career in 2006 as a Construction Worker at PD-BUD sp.zo.o. In 2008, they moved to Delaval sp. z.o.o as a Help Desk Consultant. In 2009, they took on the role of Linux Admin at RMG sp. z.o.o, where their main activities included administration of Linux based servers, SVN, MySQL, Samba, Apache and dedicated rendering software, and maintaining network structure. In 2010, they joined IBM as a Unix admin, where their main activities included administration of servers based on SLES/Redhat/AIX for international customers, 24/7 3rd level on-call support, and maintaining and patching existing customer infrastructure. In 2012, they moved to Nokia Siemens Networks as a Technical Support Engineer, where their main activities included maintaining platform side of solutions for Mobile Network Tier 1 Operators (charging/billing, recharge, emergency call routing, etc.) including ticket handling, update installation, on-call support and helping in analysis in HW issues, and 3rd level/on-call support of platform for applications based on Redhat 5/6, Solaris 8/9/10 and Oracle/PostgreSQL. In 2014, they joined Redknee as a Technical Support Expert, where their main activities were similar to their role at Nokia Siemens Networks. In 2017, they moved to Atos IT Solutions and Services A/S as a Professional Technical Engineer, where their main activities included deploying and maintaining apps on Apache Tomcat and working with developers on test environments. In 2018, they joined Santander Bank Polska (BZ WBK) as a Master DevOps, where their main activities included deploying and maintaining Openshift 3.x and 4.x. In 2022, they joined Hypatos as a DevOps Engineer.
Tomasz Cyran obtained an Engineer degree in IT from the Higher School of IT and Managment "Copernicus" between 2005 and 2009. In 2013, they also obtained a Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) certification from Red Hat, Inc.
