Luca Mingozzi

Luca Mingozzi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in internal auditing and risk management. Currently serving as the Head of Internal Audit at HYPE since April 2021, Luca previously held the position of Senior Manager at KPMG Italy from December 2005 to March 2021, where responsibilities included IT external auditing and advising on Internal Control Systems, Compliance, and Risk Management, particularly in relation to regulatory frameworks such as Basel and Anti-Money Laundering. Notable projects include the assessment and definition of Project, Incident, and Change Management processes, as well as IT audit activities centered on market risk and internal controls. Luca holds a degree in Management Engineering from Università degli studi di Bologna and completed the AIEA - Corso CISA in 2009.
