Alfonso Cobo is the founder and CEO of Hypelist (2023–present) and Olivar Homes (2023–present). They previously founded and led Unfold as CEO (2018–2023) and held the role of Head of Unfold at Squarespace (2019–2023), including the Head of Unfold & Bio Sites title. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Architectural Assistant at Miller Bourne Architects (2014–2015) and Hawkins Brown Architects (2015–2016). They earned a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from the University of Brighton (2011–2014) and hold two Master’s Degrees in Strategic Design and Management from Parsons School of Design—the first earned (2011–2014) and the second ongoing (2016–present) with a 4.0 GPA. They also attended Cognita Hastings School (2000–2010).
