Damian McCabe

Damian McCabe is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in product and technology leadership. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Hyper, Damian is focused on developing agentic AI to enhance 9-1-1 operations. Previously held the role of Chief Product and Technology Officer at The Rounds, contributing to the creation of a platform for secure knowledge exchange among healthcare professionals. As Co-Founder of Connected, Damian built a leading product development firm that was subsequently acquired by ThoughtWorks. Additional experience includes founding Arcwright to facilitate software development for connected products, and significant roles at Uber and Instagram, where product management skills were honed. A graduate of York University with a Specialized Honours BA in Information Technology, Damian has a proven track record in driving technology strategies and product innovations across various industries.
