Armen Gulinian is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in the digital and technology sectors. As the CEO and Owner of Hyper AdTech since May 2020, Gulinian leads a company focused on innovative advertising solutions. Previously, Gulinian co-owned Innova Distribution from December 2018 to August 2020 and served as CEO and Co-owner of Rutube from May 2016 to December 2018. Gulinian also founded and acted as CEO of Pladform from October 2012 to December 2018, and founded Gamer.ru from January 2008 to February 2010. Earlier career ventures include serving as CEO and Founder of Бюро Пирогова, a digital agency specializing in technological internet solutions and comprehensive branding services, from January 2006 to May 2009. Gulinian holds a degree from the Institute of Business Studies (IBS-Moscow) and a degree from the Российский Государственный Университет Физической Культуры, Спорта и Туризма (РГУФК).
