Henry Plaessmann

Henry Plaessmann is a seasoned professional in optical engineering and business development, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Sales and Business Development at Hyper Photonix since January 2023. Prior to this role, Henry held various leadership positions including Sr. Director of Product Line Management at Alpine Optoelectronics, Inc. and Engineering Program Manager at Lumentum. With extensive experience spanning over two decades, Henry has also contributed as VP of Engineering at Photonera Corporation and held multiple managerial roles at companies such as Emcore Corporation and K2 Optronics, Inc.
