Alex Nguyen

Alex Nguyen is a UX Designer at Hypercare since April 2020, focusing on enhancing User Invitation and Onboarding experiences, redesigning the marketing website, and developing shift swapping and marketplace features. Previous experience includes working as a Content Writer at VietnamWorks, where Alex produced high-quality career-related content in English and Vietnamese, and as a Web Designer at Primus, where insights from usability testing led to significant improvements in conversion rates and user engagement. Alex also worked independently as a Designer, creating landing page mockups and templates that reached over 300 downloads. Alex holds a Bachelor's degree in Global Business and Digital Arts from the University of Waterloo and participated in an exchange program at the National University of Singapore.
