Venus Lee

Venus Lee is a seasoned customer success and program manager with a diverse background in education and technology. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Hypercare since October 2023, Venus also holds the position of Program Manager at Futura Academy, which collaborates with Canaan Global Academy to provide an accredited Canadian Secondary School Diploma and global exposure programs. As a Teaching Consultant for The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Venus has developed and delivered over 10 interactive courses on Design Thinking, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation, positively impacting more than 500 students. Previous experience includes roles at Origami Labs as an Account and Operations Manager, Operations Lead, and Operations and Partnerships Specialist, where Venus played a key role in customer success strategies and e-commerce operations. Venus holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Studies and History from The University of Hong Kong.
