Diana Mark

Diana Mark has held various corporate secretary roles in different companies throughout their work experience. Diana started as a Corporate Secretary at NewOrigin Gold Corp. in April 2021 and later took on the same role in Indie Power Systems and Hypercharge Networks in 2021 as well. In 2022, they joined IPS Systems Inc. as a Corporate Secretary. Prior to these roles, Diana held the position of President at Greystone Corporate Services Inc. starting in December 2010.
