Megan Marais

Megan Marais is an Industrial and Organizational Psychologist with extensive international experience in strategic and human-centered transformations. Currently, they are self-employed as an Organizational Psychologist and also serve as the Group OD & Change Lead at Hyperclear Tech. Previously, Megan held various roles, including HR Manager at ASL and Change Management Consultant at Deloitte, where they specialized in culture transformations. They earned a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, graduating Cum Laude from Stellenbosch University, alongside completing their Bachelor's and Honours degrees from the same institution.
