Kimmo Vaarala

Kimmo Vaarala is a Project Manager in the Data Center sector at Hyperco since August 2025. Prior to this role, Kimmo served as the CSA Owner’s Representative at Arcadis from December 2023 to August 2025. Kimmo's experience also includes nearly four years as Construction Manager for CSA at Fluor Corporation from July 2019 to December 2023, and a position as Civil and Construction Supervisor at Prohoc from November 2015 to July 2019. Kimmo worked as a Site Manager at Nordex for a brief period in 2015 and previously held the role of Civil & Construction Supervisor at Prohoc Oy from April 2012 to July 2015. Kimmo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Turku University of Applied Sciences, earned between 2001 and 2006.
