Brian B. has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Brian currently holds the position of President at Hypercraft®, a role that started in August 2023. Brian's earlier experience includes roles such as Business Development Officer and COO at MityLite, Vice President of Manufacturing at MityLite, Performance Manager at Sorenson Capital Partners, Business Improvement Black Belt and Program Manager at Raytheon, and an intern at Agilent Technologies as part of the Leaders for Global Operations (LGO) program.

Brian B. has an extensive education history. Brian completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Statistics with University Honors at Brigham Young University between 1992 and 1999. Later, they pursued their education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and earned both an MBA degree and a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from 2001 to 2003. During this time, their MBA studies were focused on Technology Roadmapping, Finance, and Operations, while their Master's degree centered on the field of Civil Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Brian has also obtained a certification in Supply Chain Management. Brian received the MITx MicroMasters Credential in Supply Chain Management from edX in June 2017.
