Ryan Oaks

Ryan Oaks has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2014, they worked at Nu Skin Enterprises as an English Sales Support Agent. In 2015, they transitioned to Brigham Young University, where they worked as a Team Worker, Network Engineer, and Software Engineer, focusing on creating dashboards, automated network alerts, and daily reports. In 2017, they joined Protiviti as a Senior Consultant, leading meetings with clients, implementing hybrid agile approaches, and managing the development of RPA bots. In 2022, they worked as a Salesforce Consultant at PwC, partnering with key stakeholders to deliver a customer onboarding platform. In 2019, they became the Owner of Emry Products LLC, where they built relationships with wholesale distributors and analyzed sales trends to achieve significant business growth. Currently, they are the Director of Operations at Hypercraft®, overseeing operations and utilizing their background in operations analytics.

Ryan Oaks graduated from Brigham Young University in 2017 with a degree in Information Systems. Ryan obtained their Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in May 2019.
