Benjamin Mark Lee Xuan is currently an Entwicklungsingenieur at Hyperdrives, having previously held the same title at RODING Mobility GmbH from 2023 to 2025. They gained valuable experience in the automotive industry through various internships and positions, including as a Technical Apprentice at German Tech Motorworks from 2017 to 2018, and a Werkstudent at Roding Automobile GmbH from 2022 to 2023. Benjamin completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering at Queen Mary University of London, followed by a Master of Science in Computational Engineering at Ruhr-Universität Bochum. They also contributed as Head of Drivetrain for Queen Mary Formula Student and were involved in drivetrain/chassis development with RUB Motorsport e.V.
