Tim Wessels is currently the Lead Mechanical Engineer at Hyperdrives, a position held since 2023. Previously, Tim worked as a Project Engineer at Compact Dynamics GmbH, where they led design efforts for electric drive R&D projects in motorsport, aviation, and automotive sectors from 2022 to 2023. Tim began their career as a Working Student in R&D at RAPA Gruppe from 2017 to 2018, focusing on electric motor development while completing their Bachelor’s Thesis. Tim earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Hochschule Hof, University of Applied Sciences in 2018.
