Ben Harper

Ben Harper is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), currently serving as Director of FP&A at hyperexponential since April 2025. Previously, Ben held the position of Global FP&A Director at Achilles Information Ltd from May 2023 to March 2025, where significant contributions were made to enhance financial planning processes, particularly through streamlined reforecasting. Prior experience includes serving as Global Head of FP&A at RFI Global, where Ben focused on budgeting and cash flow management, and as Financial Analysis Consultant at MTC, implementing advanced financial modeling. Ben also directed the Insights and Analytics team at MTC, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and worked as Finance Business Partner at the Children's Investment Fund Foundation, improving grant management processes.
