Leanne Gardner

Leanne Gardner is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in diverse roles within the insurance and education sectors. Currently serving as the Global Sales Director of Strategic Pod UK and US at hyperexponential since April 2024, Leanne previously held various positions at Multiverse from February 2020 to April 2024, where contributions aided in the growth of the world's first social-mission driven unicorn. Leanne's experience also includes significant roles at RSA, where responsibilities included driving new business across multiple lines of insurance and leading a transformative underwriting project. A notable tenure as Deputy Managing Director at South Midlands Communications Ltd resulted in a successful strategic growth plan.
