Rotem Ben-David

Rotem Ben-David is currently the Head Of People Operations, Performance & Business Partnering at hyperexponential since January 2022. Prior to this role, Rotem held positions in people analytics and intelligence analysis at Babylon, Israeli Ministry of Defense, and Israeli Defense Forces. Rotem also has experience in program management at Hebrew Scouts Movement in Israel and Municipality of Haifa. Rotem holds a Master of Business Administration from Bar-Ilan University and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from University of Haifa.
