Urszula Etheridge

Urszula Etheridge currently serves as the Director of Solutions Engineering at hyperexponential since October 2025. Prior to this role, Urszula held various positions at Snyk from April 2022 to October 2025, including Senior Manager and Manager of Solutions Engineering. Experience at New Relic, Inc. as a Solutions Consultant and at The Trade Desk, Inc. as a Solutions Architect in the EMEA region further complements a diverse career. Urszula's earlier roles include Director of Sales Engineering at Sizmek for the UK & Nordics, Team Lead and Sales Engineer at Sizmek (formerly MediaMind), as well as Client Service Manager at Sizmek. Additional experience includes an Ad Ops Executive role at Essence, Media Network Coordinator at Microsoft Advertising, and Informatics Analyst for Guild Consulting. Urszula Etheridge holds a Master’s degree from Queen Mary University of London and a Bachelor’s degree from Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland.
