Charles Kogut

Charles Kogut has extensive work experience in the technical support field. Charles currently holds the position of Head of Technical Support Services at Hyperfine since March 2021. Before this, they worked as the Director Premier Support at SumTotal Systems, LLC from April 2018 to March 2021. Charles also served as a Sr. Service Account Manager II at RSA Security from May 2016 to April 2018.

Prior to these roles, Charles held various positions at different companies. Charles was the Operations and Maintenance Manager & Project Manager at Battelle Energy Alliance from November 2015 to May 2016. Before that, they worked as a Senior Manager at Coriant, Inc. from January 2015 to October 2015.

Charles has a long history with Sycamore Network Solutions, starting as a Support Engineer and then progressing to Director/Manager/Support Engineer Technical Assistance Center. Charles worked there from 2000 to 2014. Charles started their career at QWEST COMMUNICATIONS CORP as a Data Operations Manager, where they provided post-sales technical support for Frame Relay/ATM data networks from 1997 to August 2000.

Charles Kogut has a diverse education history. Charles completed a Graduate Certificate in Cyber Security from Southern New Hampshire University in 2013. Prior to that, in 2000, they obtained a Certificate of Completion from The Light Brigade with a focus on Fiber Optics, Installation and Maintenance Course. In 1999, they also received a Certificate of Completion in Project Management and an Advanced Project Management Certification from Global Knowledge Network. Charles Kogut holds an MBA from the Portland State University School of Business, which they earned between 1992 and 1994. Charles also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Professional Management from Nova Southeastern University, which they obtained between 1989 and 1991. Charles'seducation journey started with an Associate in Applied Science Degree in Electronic Communications from Central Texas College, which they completed between 1987 and 1988.
