Gene LaMantia

Gene LaMantia has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Gene is currently working as a Senior Systems Test Engineer at Hyperfine since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Fiber Mountain, Inc. where they served as a Manager in the PQA Department from July 2019 to October 2021. Before that, they held the position of Senior Product Quality Assurance Engineer at the same company from January 2015 to July 2019.

Prior to their tenure at Fiber Mountain, Inc., Gene worked as a Principal Software Engineer in the SQA department at Sycamore Networks from February 2002 to December 2014. Gene also worked at Ahead Communications as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer from August 2001 to January 2002. Gene'scareer started at General DataComm in January 1998, where they worked as a Senior Test Engineer in Product Assurance until July 2001.

Gene LaMantia completed their education in the field of electrical engineering. Gene attended Norwalk Community College from 1991 to 1993, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of Connecticut from 1993 to 1997, earning a Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Systems Engineering.
