Maria Sainz

Maria Sainz is the current President & CEO at Hyperfine. Prior to this, they were the President & CEO at AEGEA Medical, Inc. from May 2018 to February 2021. Before that, they were the President & CEO at Cardiokinetix from May 2012 to July 2017.

Sainz began their career at Guidant/Boston Scientific in January 2006 as the President of Cardiac Surgery. Maria held this position until December 2007 when they left to join IVAC & Physio Control as the Country Manager-France. After a two year stint in France, Sainz returned to Guidant in April 2008 as the President & CEO. Maria held this position until May 2012 when they left to join Cardiokinetix.

Sainz has also held the positions of VP Global Marketing, Vascular Intervention at Guidant from January 2001 to February 2003 and Vice President EMEAC, CRM and Intermedics at Guidant from December 1998 to December 2000.

Maria Sainz has a Master's in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Her focus is in business.
