Michael Poole

Michael Poole has a diverse work experience in the fields of engineering and research. Michael began their career as a Post Doctoral Research Fellow at the Sir Peter Mansfield Magnetic Resonance Centre in 2007, where they worked until 2008. Michael then moved to the University of Queensland, where they served as a Post Doctoral Research Fellow from 2008 to 2011. In 2012, they joined Forschunsgzentrum Jülich as a Researcher, and worked there until 2014. Since 2014, Michael has been associated with Hyperfine, where they have held various roles including Principal Engineer, Head of Advanced Development, and currently serves as the VP of Engineering.

Michael Poole earned a PhD in Medical Physics from the University of Nottingham, where they attended from 2003 to 2007.
