Cristian Manole is an experienced operations manager currently serving as the Western Region Operations Manager at Hyperfy since February 2023, focusing on team and leadership development and improving operational efficiency. Prior to this, Cristian held multiple leadership roles at Vodafone and UPC Romania from 2001 to 2023, including Technical Partnership and Integration Manager and various managerial positions in customer operations, where responsibilities spanned managing large teams, optimizing customer field force operations, and aligning key performance indicators with corporate objectives. Cristian's achievements include substantial improvements in customer satisfaction metrics, employee retention, and operational efficiencies, alongside extensive experience in managing and implementing new systems and strategies to enhance service delivery. Cristian holds an engineer's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
