Jakob Melander is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in software development and engineering. Currently serving as CTO at Hypergene AB since September 2016, Jakob has previously held significant roles at Saxo Bank as Lead & Principal Developer, and as a Freelance Consultant at nexyer AB. Jakob co-founded pq technologies AB and worked as a Feature Area Architect at Sony Ericsson, where expertise in web technologies, mobile internet, and software design was developed. Earlier experience includes leading projects at Ericsson and serving as a Software Engineer at Obigo AB and Ericsson, focusing on mobile web browsers, device drivers, and security. Jakob holds an MSc in Computer Science and Engineering from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University.
