Pernilla Lindsten

Pernilla Lindsten serves as the Head of Customer Success & Support at Hypergene since January 2025. Previously, Pernilla held various senior leadership positions at Flexera (previously Snow Software), including Senior Director of Solution Success for APAC & EMEA, where Pernilla was instrumental in managing customer success and quality initiatives. Pernilla’s extensive experience also includes roles at Microsoft as Principal Service Delivery Manager, overseeing service delivery for Premier Services Customers. Earlier in the career, Pernilla served as Managing Director for ITSSC at Alstom Group in Sweden and held multiple IT management and support roles within Alstom and other organizations. Pernilla's educational background includes executive education from IFL and Kommunala Högskolan Västerås.
