Chisa Jeffery

Chisa Jeffery is a seasoned Quality Assurance professional with extensive experience in software testing and quality management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Manager at Hypergiant since January 2019, Chisa has developed automated test scripts that significantly reduced testing time and improved efficiency. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Server QA Tester at PlayStudios, where comprehensive testing strategies were implemented, and as Software Quality Assurance/System Analyst at SCCI, managing QA processes for military contracts. Chisa also held positions at the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board and Accenture, contributing to various QA activities and defect management. Chisa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University.
