Jacob Foster has a diverse work experience with a focus on software development and technology. Jacob began their career as a Programmer at Jupiter Moon Entertainment LLC, where they worked on optimizing code and implementing a checkpoint system for a game. Jacob then worked as a CSET Grader and a student at Oregon Institute of Technology.

After completing their education, Jacob joined Common Tongue, Inc. as the Director of Design, where they developed a playing card generation system and a companion application for a card game called Japanese: The Game. Jacob also prototyped a digital version of the game for playtesting purposes.

Jacob then worked at Stone Soup Solutions as a Software Developer, specializing in front-end development. Jacob converted mockups into custom themes for WordPress and Magento, wrote custom extensions, and created a system to generate standardized reports.

Next, Jacob worked at UniverCity, Inc. as the Lead Engineer/Contractor, where they undertook various projects, including recreating a university campus in Unity3D, reverse-engineering a Java API and rewriting it in Ruby on Rails, and designing different applications using Laravel, React, and Meteor.

Following their time at UniverCity, Jacob joined NativShark as the Chief Technology Officer. Jacob designed and implemented various features for an all-in-one platform to teach Japanese, such as integration with system-level programs, a proprietary learning system, and coordinated data production across multiple cloud services.

Currently, Jacob is working at Hypergiant as a Lead Front-End Developer, where they continue to contribute to the development of AI technologies to empower customers to make mission-critical decisions.
