Sivan Kariv

Sivan Kariv is an experienced operations and professional services leader with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as VP Operations at HyperGuest since February 2025, Sivan previously held multiple titles at Payoneer from June 2007 to November 2024, including VP Professional Services & Payment Operations and VP Account Management. Sivan developed a global Professional Services department, emphasizing customer centricity and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, Sivan built and led a global account management team focused on client retention and business growth. Prior roles include Director of Donor Relations at Friends of the Israel Defense Forces, where fundraising strategies were implemented, and Marketing Associate at SunGard. Sivan holds a BA in Design and Visual Communications from the School of Design at College of Management and completed a Project Management Professional certification workshop at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
