Alex Man has over 25 years of experience in engineering, specializing in process improvement and development. Currently serving as a Project Engineer and Process Engineer at Hyperion Materials & Technologies since July 2013, Alex focuses on enhancing the electroless and electrolytic coating processes on non-conductive surfaces. Prior to this role, Alex worked as a Process Development Engineer at R.C.I. from October 2008 to July 2013, where responsibilities included developing new recovery processes and managing the R&D laboratory. Earlier in the career, Alex spent a decade as a Development Engineer at Amresco. Alex holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering of Organic Compounds from Universitatea „Politehnica” din Timișoara, completed in 1982.
