Anupama Basak

Anupama Basak is an experienced HR leader currently serving as the Head of Human Resources - APAC at Hyperion Materials & Technologies. With over 13 years in the field, they have held significant positions at companies such as Freshworks and Pall Corporation, where they provided strategic HR leadership, led talent acquisition initiatives, and championed diversity and inclusion programs. Anupama holds an MBA in Human Resources from ICFAI and a BBA from Garden City College. They are a certified trainer for AchieveForum's "Leadership Essentials" course and have excelled in fostering collaborative partnerships across diverse organizational levels.
