Luke Montgomery

Luke Montgomery is an experienced operations and continuous improvement manager with a background in advanced materials and manufacturing, currently serving as the Operations Planning and Continuous Improvement Manager at Hyperion Materials & Technologies since July 2018. Previously, Luke held the position of Continuous Improvement Manager at both Hyperion and Sandvik Hyperion. Prior experience includes serving as North America Lean Process Manager at Sam Dong America, where responsibilities included directing process engineering and lean manufacturing improvements, as well as various roles in process engineering and management at Sam Dong Ohio, Inc. Luke Montgomery holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
