Paul Paviour is currently the Regional Admissions and Operations Lead at HyperionDev, where they support students from over 40 countries in transitioning to tech careers through online coding bootcamps. Paul has held various leadership roles, including General Manager at Damelin and Academic Coordinator at CTI Education Group, where they oversaw academic operations and maintained standards of excellence. They also worked as a Regional Recruitment Manager at Eduvos and a Student Recruitment and Relationship Manager at Pearson, focusing on business strategy and student engagement. Paul holds a BSc in Computer Systems and Information Technology from Heriot-Watt University.
