Paulos Tesfazghi has extensive experience in both education and software development. From January 2011 to December 2019, Paulos worked as a freelance Java tutor, providing comprehensive instruction on Core Java and related technologies, as well as serving as a freelance Android developer using Java and Kotlin. In the academic sector, Paulos has held several lecturer positions, including roles at West London College, Uxbridge College, and currently at New City College, focusing on innovative teaching methods such as FLIP learning. Recently, Paulos joined HyperionDev as a Software Engineer, bringing a strong skill set in Java, Kotlin, Python, HTML, and CSS. Paulos holds a Master’s degree in Computing and a PGCE in Mathematics, along with ongoing education in software development.
