Sian Susan Buchanan

Sian Susan Buchanan is a passionate leader currently serving as the Head of Learning Impact at HyperionDev, with previous roles including Head of Division at Winchmore Tutors and Student Experience Lead at Valenture Institute. Sian has extensive experience in education, having taught as a Teacher and Grade Head at Bergvliet High School from 2015 to 2021. Additionally, Sian has managed in both retail and hospitality sectors, including roles as a Restaurant Manager at Cubana and Retail Sales Manager at Isabelina. Sian is also the Chairperson of Western Cape Schools Aquatics, coordinating provincial school swimming activities. Sian holds an Honours in Education and is pursuing a Master’s in Education, specializing in Educational Management.
