Jihoon Park

Jihoon Park is a trilingual technical recruiter and HR specialist currently serving as a Recruiting Partner at HYPERITHM Co., Ltd., where they manage HR business and talent acquisition efforts for HYPERITHM Japan. With extensive experience across over 50 industries and the handling of 200 different positions, Jihoon has demonstrated a strong background in team management, recruitment strategies, and business development. Prior to HYPERITHM, Jihoon held positions at Adept Group Inc. and Spotted Recruit, where they achieved notable successes in candidate placements and revenue generation. Jihoon began their career in the Republic of Korea Army as a Sergeant Squad Leader and has also completed a Bachelor of Business and Economics at Yonsei University, along with language studies at Tokyo International University.
